No, I don't suggest to update 16.ucode in 15.10. Please update it in
16.04.

** Description changed:

  the new -16.ucode for Intel Wireless devices has landed into linux-firmware
  This includes: 3160 / 7260 / 7265 / 7265D and 8260.
