  intel driver keeps crashing after suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I'm not completely sure what's happening but after resuming from
  suspend eth0 stops working all the time.  Dmesg seems to indicate that
  the intel driver is responsible?
