[Bug 1510344] Re: Keyboard Backlight Turns on at boot
Seems like dell_laptop also provides some rfkill facilities, so
blacklisting is not a good idea.

Action: Boot computer
Expected Behavior: Keyboard backlight would be off when computer is
booted
Actual Behavior: Keyboard backlight is on at boot
This did not happen with Ubuntu 15.04
