Change POWER kernel drivers from built-in to modules. For 16.04, we would like to change some drivers from =y to =m.
This bug is to track the change from CONFIG_SCSI_IBMVSCSI, so, could you please change CONFIG_SCSI_IBMVSCSI=y to CONFIG_SCSI_IBMVSCSI=m ?
Thanks
