[Bug 1506914] Re: Screen brightness not working using keyboard shortcut fn+F5/F6 not working.
Successfully installed the latest 4.4 kernel and can confirm that the
problem persists. I would like to point out another bug most likely
related to it.
When resuming from stand-by the keyboard backlight is off and screen is
on full power i.e. not restored from when computer went to sleep. When
pressing the shortcut buttons to change backlight or screen brightness
it immediately switches to the last configuration, from 0 to 50 % for
example. Should I report it as a separate bug?

with
