Title:
  Kubuntu 15.04. Network manager: can't establish DSL connection.

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Can connect to internet using sudo pppoeconf.
  But can't establish DSL connection to Internet using GUI Network Manager.
  I changed only fields service (pppoe), login and password.
  (Tried on ASUS X550ZE and DELL Inspirion 3542)
