[Bug 1514971] Re: [SRU trusty] arm64 USB support not enabled for APM Mustang

Yes, and things seemed to work fine. However the same patch set caused
issues with wily on mcdivitt due to changes around the need for
CONFIG_DMA_CMA to be enabled. So, during investigations there,
additional patches were discovered as well as a bug fix for the dwc3
driver. The current patches in trusty proposed don't break anything,
they just aren't enough to get USB working completely on the mustang.

Bug description:
  [Impact]
Currently USB is not enabled for arm64 platforms. The patches will enable USB for arm64 and for APM's Mustang platform.

  [Test Case]
Insert a USB device into an APM Mustang based platform.

  [Regression Risk]
This patch set enables USB for all arm64 platforms, but they have all been accepted by upstream and have been tested on a couple Mustang platforms.
