[Bug 1527826] [NEW] Please enable dmidecode for arm64

Public bug reported:

ARM64 systems can provide UEFI/SMBIOS interfaces. Please enable
dmidecode package for ARM64 arch, so that it can be used to read
SMBIOS data on such systems.
