NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#1 stuck for 23s! [khugepaged:41

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
  Release:	14.04
    Installed: 4.2.0-18.22~14.04.1
    Candidate: 4.2.0-18.22~14.04.1
    Version table:
   *** 4.2.0-18.22~14.04.1 0

          500 http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-security/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Not sure how to reproduce this potential bug as this as far as I can see happens at random occasions .

However, when this happens the computer becomes unresponsive and don't
take any keyboard input so I can't access tty, mouse cursor is stuck
  and won't move.
