Bug description:
  On each linux kernel upgrade I encoutered this error when the linux-image package is upgrading. It's not specific to the 4.2.0-22,
  It starts to happen after I add some HDD issues, but maybe it's not relevant.

  The status after the upgrade is that the /boot/initrd.img file is not generated.
  I always fix the install manually by:
  -> check the missing in /boot the version of the missing init.rd file
  ll /boot
  -> mising file for ex: initrd.img-4.2.0-22-generic
  sudo update-initramfs -u -k 4.2.0-22-generic
  -> ends the failed install
  sudo apt-get install -f

  Because of that, I, now, upgrade kernels in several pass, to ends with
  the linux-image package, and execute the manual commands to recover
  this error.
