[Bug 1529666] [NEW] Random NX requests failed under heavy load testing

Under heavy load, some NX requests failed with "Invalid ICSWX return code". NX hardware sets return first bit to XER[S0] which is not handled in the driver.

Fix is accepted in maintainers tree
