[Bug 1516251] Re: 10ec:b723 [HP Notebook - 15-ac106na] Wifi unstable
I've the same problem, its a Realtek rtl8327be and I think that the
problem is related with the antennas like said in this post:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2304607&page=2
It appears that there are 2 antennas and that some manufacturers (hp and
lenovo) only connect one with a cable that works as a physical antenna
and that the driver is trying to connect to the other one....
So people have fixed this problem changing the cable from one connector
to the other....
But anyway NO, Christopher, there isn't invalid because it works in
windows so its not faulty hardware.
So, if it works in windows is because it isn't faulty hardware
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: Invalid => Confirmed
