Message #153901
[Bug 1529828] Re: System freeze when using LibreOffice Impress
At first, everything just slows down a lot and LibreOffice loses a lot
of responsiveness. At this point, I managed to close Impress once. But
shortly after (matter of several seconds), the whole system is rendered
unresponsive. Mouse cursor doesn't move (maybe a bit, in intervals), I
cannot switch to tty by ctrl+alt+Fx, I can't do anything but force
shutdown.
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: Incomplete => Confirmed
** Description changed:
Happens when selecting not-so-large chunks of formatted text. Makes
Impress completely unusable.
