Title:
[Dell Precision T7600] plugged USB storage would drop after resume
  from suspend

Status in HWE Next:

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  CID: 201109-9790 Dell Precision T7600

If suspend with an USB thumb drive, it will drop after resume, but it
could work if you unplug and plug it to the systme again.

  Steps:
  1. Install 12.04.5, boot to desktop, insert two USB thumb drives in USB 2.0/3.0 port
  2. Suspend, then wake it up
  3. Check if the USB thumb driver still mounted and still working

  Expected result:
  * USB thumb drive works fine

  Actual result:
  * One usb will drop right after the system resumed from suspend, a few seconds later, another one will drop too.
