[Bug 1530540] Re: Wish: Put thermald as recommendation into linux-image-*.*.*-*-generic, not into linux-image-generic

The linux-image-*.*.*-*-generic packages are used in environments where
thermald is not appropriate, e.g., virtual. Therefore we decided to
leave the 'Recommends' in the appropriate meta package.

Title:
Wish: Put thermald as recommendation into linux-image-*.*.*-*-generic,
  not into linux-image-generic

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I'm using KUbuntu 16.04 with linux-image-4.2.0-19-generic.

The linux-image-*.*.*-*-generic packages have set of dependencies, recommendations and suggestions.
However, for some reason, the thermald recommendation isn't put there, but instead is put as recommendation for linux-image-generic meta-package.
I suggest to put thermald as recommendation into linux-image-*.*.*-*-generic packages, not into linux-image-generic meta-package.

  Reasons:
  1. Common style.
  2. If I for whatever reason (for example, I want to stick to concrete kernel version) uninstall linux-image-generic meta-package, it won't tell me that thermald is no more needed.
