[Bug 1535822] [NEW] [bluetooth] Connect automatically when detected not honored on new connection

Public bug reported:

"Connect automatically when detected" is ignored when first connecting a
device. According to morphis after first connection this property gets
automatically set on the connection, regardless of the value of the
checkbox.

So either don't show it on first connection or honor it on the backend.
