[Bug 1535829] Re: [bluetooth] "Forget this device" doesn't work if bluetooth off
This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-system-settings -

* Don't display the ActivityIndicator while searching, causes to much
load. (LP: #1535827)
* Don't display the setting to automatically connect when detected
during pairing (LP: #1535822)
* Only enable the forget device button when bluetooth is enabled (LP:

Bug description:
Forget this device doesnt' work when BT not on, so should be made to
work or less ideally don't display it if BT is off
