[Bug 1526931] [NEW] upgrade 14.04->16.04 doesn't replace linux-generic-lts-wily with linux-generic

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I had linux-generic lts-wily (and linux-generic-lts-vivid) installed.
After the upgrade with 'do-release-upgrade -d' the old kernel was still
in use. I had expected to get the linux-generic package installed for
the new xenial kernel.
