Title:
  upgrade 14.04->16.04 doesn't replace linux-generic-lts-wily with
  linux-generic

Status in linux-meta package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  I had linux-generic lts-wily (and linux-generic-lts-vivid) installed.
  After the upgrade with 'do-release-upgrade -d' the old kernel was
  still in use. I had expected to get the linux-generic package
  installed for the new xenial kernel.
