[Bug 1545916] Re: intel wifi [8086:3165] (rev 79) failed to work after updating the system
In the non-working case the iwlwifi module isn't loaded, which is
obviously a problem. Can you provide the output from the following
commands when wifi isn't working? Does wifi work after these commands?
$ modprobe --show-depends pci:v00008086d00003165sv00008086sd00004410bc02sc80i00
$ sudo modprobe -v pci:v00008086d00003165sv00008086sd00004410bc02sc80i0
At this point I'm not seeing any obvious differences between the two
kernel versions which would account for the regression.
