Bug description:
  I got my new laptop and find out the wifi is not working properly.
  Internet speed is significantly low. In my windows os the speed
  according to http://www.speedtest.net/ is download speed 34.07 Mbps
  and upload speed is 2.15 Mbps and for ubuntu download speed 7.79 Mbps
  and upload speed is 2.45 Mbps. Is there any fix for the problem.
