[Bug 586217] [NEW] the display is not so smooth as before

 

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

the screen got to be black and came back again immediately. After this,
all the windows behave strangely. I click the icon of the current window
on the panel, the window minimized with visible diminishing window
border. It is not smooth animation.
