Bug description:
  Yesterday I installed new ubuntu 15.10 desktop on my laptop and
  problem is with my touchpad. I tried install synaptiks, touchpad-
  indicator and It's still not working. When I type "toshiba satellite
  e55-a5114 ubuntu touchpad" in google search I saw a lot of bugs with
  touchpad in my laptop. Is possible to install some touchpad drivers
  and if yes, how? xinput
