[Bug 1550414] [NEW] shell prompt is printed first and then logs of previous commands are printed

Public bug reported:

I was trying to run some application in background by providing '&' at
the end. However because of spelling mistake I typed something else. So
Ideally it should print "Command Not Found" and then print the shell
promt (">>") . However reverse is happening. First shell prompt (">>")
is printing and then all "command not found" and other logs are printing
out.

Also in case of wrong command with '&' at the end it is also printing
that it created background job for that pid something like this

aayushkapadia@aayushkapadia:~/MyShell$ sdfg &
[1] 6344
aayushkapadia@aayushkapadia:~/MyShell$ No command 'sdfg' found, did you mean:
Command 'sdf' from package 'sdf' (universe)
Command 'asdfg' from package 'aoeui' (universe)
sdfg: command not found
