[Bug 1550680] [NEW] Setting org.gnome.desktop.background show-desktop-icons to false removes wallpaper

I set org.gnome.desktop.background show-desktop-icons to false. After
reboot there is no wallpaper. When I set it back to true, both icons and
wallpaper are immediately visible.
