4.2.0-29 kernel: PROBLEM SOLVED! My rt2500 working great, without any error with this kernel!
4.2.0-30 kernel: Again, all the above errors appears - so i switched back to 4.2.0-29 and everything is ok. (I will not upgrade my kernel on that machine.)

  Log files continually fill up with following error messages every couple of seconds, then the wifi fails until reboot :-
