Bug description:
Fresh installed Ubuntu 15.10 on the DELL Vostro 3558. when copying
multiple files to/from the USB drive, the copy process gets paused for
about 60 sec (approx) for each file that is to be copied. I use USB
3.0 for connecting devices. Before i had Ubuntu 14.04, where i didn't
have this problem.
