  [regression]: network initialization problem with
  3.13.0-30.54~precise2

Bug description:
  The latest proposed backport kernel from Trusty to Precise introduces
  a problem with the network initialization.

  With 3.13.0-30.54, sometimes, there is no default route (either v4 or
  v6) while everything worked fine with previous kernels (either 3.2,
  3.11 or earlier 3.13).
