Ok. I solved this bug. I used another cable and the printer was
detected. I'm sorry fo your time. It is a mystery to me why previous
cable didn't wor on my desktop, but did work on ma netbook. Now
everything is all right.

Bug description:
  When i plug in my Samsung CLP-325 printer:
  ID 04e8:329f Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd 

  via USB cable, Ubuntu won't find the printer. I know it is not CUPS
  related, cause the printer is not shown in the 'lsusb' command. The
  printer, nor the cable is damaged, I have tested it in an Asus eee PC,
  with Ubuntu 12.04 32bit and there it works (also the 'lsusb' is
  showing it).
