Speedlink joystick throttle problem

Bug description:
Speedlink joystick -Phantom Hawk is working well otherwise, but the
throttle wont 'lock' to a certain positions, in contrary it always
returns to middle position.
When testing with jstest, it seems that the throttle "axis" gives
constant zero degree input. Changing the position of throttle will
give a new input for that position, but after a split second it will
get back to zero (degree). Problem is not in hardware as I tested it
on windows.
