Network goes down/up after kernel update

Bug description:
Hi, after the kernel update, the network goes down/up every few
minutes. The kernel with the problem is the 3.8.0-30, if I select the
previous, the 3.8.0-29 I don't have any problem. To have the network
up again, I disconnect/reconnect the network cable. The notebook is
the Acer 3830T the network device is the Qualcomm Atheros AR8151.
