apport-collect won't execute due to inability to locate module PyQt5.QtCore.   
I need to do some research to find out how to make apport work.

  HP X360 laptop freeze on pm-suspend

Bug description:
  HP laptop freezes when suspend to ram (either via "systemctl suspend")
  or KDE menu suspend.

  The trouble shooting steps in
  "https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend"; were followed.
  Output from dmesg is attached.  I'm not sure if the "acpi device:0e"
  is what is suspect or how to find the module associate with the
  device.
