[Bug 1555738] Re: Sync kerneloops from Debian for Xenial
Although the version delta sounds massive (a 5 year gap) the mainline
delta is fairly small and to my eye is all minor parsing fixes and the
like. The debian delta is also small. I can see no new features in
here. Having the same version as debian is a major boon for an LTS.

Bug description:
This package was not synced for a while. As it looks we could drop a
lot of delta while the remaining addition are mainly the renamed
submission site (oops.kernel.org) which we are (still) not using
directly.
