Bug description:
  On KNL, very rarely, it may happen that mperf read twice in a row has
  the same value. It results in kernel panic due to divide by zero

  Platform: KNL

  This is fixed in 4.3 kernel with:
  8e601a9 cpufreq: intel_pstate: Fix divide by zero on Knights Landing (KNL)
