[Bug 1558275] Re: wrong/missing permissions for device file /dev/prandom (prng.ko)

 

Cool, reopening the bug task for linux package then, and setting it to
incomplete.

Once there is an accepted patch for this, do drop a line here to ping
the kernel team to get this included.

Bug description:
  The access rights for /dev/prandom are set to 0600. The prandom file
  is created upon loading the prng module.

  Expectation:
  The access rights are set to 0644.
