  Reboot upon resume from suspend on Dell XPS 13

Bug description:
  If you close the lid or choose suspend from the system menu then
  resume, the system reboots.  This didn't happen in the previous
  release of the kernel.  This is a Dell XPS 13 9350 (Skylake) with
  latest firmware 1.2.3
