Title:
  XPS 13 9350: reboot fails with "Transaction is destructive" after
  resume from suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  With my brand new Dell XPS 13 9350 and Ubuntu 15.10. The graphical
  "reboot" and "shut down" buttons don't do anything, and from the CLI I
  get:

  $ reboot
  Failed to execute operation: Transaction is destructive.

  This only happens after resuming from suspend after the lid was
  closed. Also, the touch screen no longer works after resuming.

  (I initially found this "wontfix" bug which describes the same problem: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1441253)
