[Bug 1564046] Re: New install boot failure
I looked in the /boot directory of the installed beta2 version and I
noticed that the file size of
initrd.img-4.4.0-15-powerpc-smp was 37077095 bytes.
I am wondering if there is a maximum file that yaboot can handle for the
ramdisk.

Ubuntu-Mate 16.04 Beta2
PowerMac 11,2 2x2.3GHz 6.5GB
GeForce 6600 Pcie 256MB
Live session boots and works mostly normally, there was one crash that
was automatically reported. After installation was complete I
rebooted the machine. The reboot failed with the following messages.

[ 4.690744] Kernal panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
