kernel. As soon as I am, I'll try with the upstream one.

  went in sheduled suspend
  I closed the lid
  when I tried waking it up(resume) through opening, the LEDs went on, but the half-moon one(suspend symbol) kept blinking
  So I had to do a brutal restart
