The linux-firmware package for Xenial contains the following:

hfi1_dc8051.fw
hfi1_fabric.fw
hfi1_pcie.fw
hfi1_sbus.fw

Bug description:
  Firmware required to support the first generation OPA host fabric interface (HFI) hardware.
  The firmware will run on the HFI PCIe card.
  The OPA kernel driver will load this firmware when the driver is loaded.
