seconding miticotoby.  applied #28 plus #5 from 93491 working fine for

Bug description:
  Runtime power management causes GPU hangs on SKL GT3 & GT4 ("Iris" &
  "Iris Pro"), so fix it by adding two patches to extend certain
  workarounds to cover all chip revisions.
