  touchscreen not working

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In WIndows 10 the touch screen works. But in Ubuntu 16:04 it is not
  working. Although with 14:04 and 15:04 it worked earlier. But with
  16:04 it doesn't work
