[Bug 1571041] [NEW] Trusty update to v3.13.11-ckt39 stable release

Public bug reported:

SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The v3.13.11-ckt39 upstream stable
patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

    TEST CASE: TBD

The following patches from the v3.13.11-ckt39 stable release
shall be applied:

Linux 3.13.11-ckt39
ip6_tunnel: set rtnl_link_ops before calling register_netdevice
parisc: Avoid function pointers for kernel exception routines
USB: option: add "D-Link DWM-221 B1" device id
USB: serial: cp210x: Adding GE Healthcare Device ID
USB: serial: ftdi_sio: Add support for ICP DAS I-756xU devices
iio: st_magn: always define ST_MAGN_TRIGGER_SET_STATE
mm: fix invalid node in alloc_migrate_target()
ALSA: timer: Use mod_timer() for rearming the system timer
USB: digi_acceleport: do sanity checking for the number of ports
USB: cypress_m8: add endpoint sanity check
USB: mct_u232: add sanity checking in probe
usb: renesas_usbhs: disable TX IRQ before starting TX DMAC transfer
usb: renesas_usbhs: avoid NULL pointer derefernce in usbhsf_pkt_handler()
