[Bug 1559923] Re: [Bug]Lenovo Yoga 260 and Carbon X1 4th gen freeze on HWP enable

results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-
wily' to 'verification-done-wily'.

be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
  The moment HWP is enabled by writing MSR 0x770 to 0x01, the system freezes.
  This can be reproduced on two lenovo models
  Yoga 260
  Carbon X1 4th generatio
