[Bug 1573223] Re: USB Port stopped working after Xenial update to 4.4.0-21 kernel.
Bug was due to kexec handling the reboot. A power off and back on
allows the ports to work properly.

Bug description:
This system has two USB ports. Both stopped working after kernel update. 4.4.0-18 did not exhibit the bug. I'll bisect down the commit that introduced the regression.
