Title:
  Browser scrolling, watching videos etc. causes Ubuntu to freeze

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  With `linux-image-3.13.0-83-generic` (or in some previous updates)
  this problem was fixed for me but with this update it started to
  happen again. I confirmed it by selecting linux-
  image-3.13.0-83-generic during GRUB boot.
