Title:
Laptop does not resume after suspend (blackscreen).
Status in bcmwl package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I have installed OS multiple times. I have to manually install the BCM
driver. After installing the bcmwl-kernal-source the laptop will
suspend, but not resume after. If I disable the external driver, the
suspend resume works again. I have tried with a variety of different
configs.
Network card is BCM4352 [14e4-43b1](rev03)
When I try to resume the laptop turns on, but screen never turns on. I've tried to the shortuts to turn the screen back on.
I'm using NVIDIA drivers, but even if I use the generic drivers the laptop will not resume.
