  Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Release Suspend on lid close

Bug description:
  Suspend when inactive for works as it should, the suspend under the
  main menu works, suspend on lid closes does not suspend right away but
  waits for the time period under suspend when inactive for. This causes
  the laptop to run hotter. My current work around has been using the
  main menu suspend before closing the lid. Also when I close the lid
  without suspending the computer it doesn't turn off the screen and
  lock it, which is a security.
