[Bug 1576367] Re: Aquaris M10 tablet can't connect to bluetooth version 4.0 devices

It turns out this is not a BlueZ problem, it is the implementation of
BlueZ within Ubuntu Touch. I have now successfully connected two
"bluetooth v4 smart" devices in Ubuntu Touch by using bluetoothctl, but
none of them show as connected in the system settings.

** Changed in: bluez (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

Title:
Aquaris M10 tablet can't connect to bluetooth version 4.0 devices

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I have tried to pair my Bq Aquaris M10 running Ubuntu 15.05 (OTA-10.1)
to Microsofts Universal Foldable Keyboard and Designer Moust, both
equipped with bluetooth version 4.0 through the bluetooth settings on
  the tablet.

  Expected behaviour:
  Search and discover device
Click on device and choose "pair"

  What happens:
  Nothing
None of the devices above are being discovered in the bluetooth settings.

  The command

dpkg --status bluez | grep '^Version:'

  on the tablet gives me:

  Version: 5.37-0ubuntu5-overlay1
