[Bug 1578094] Re: Dell Bluetooth card not working except enable/disable

 

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.6 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed".

  Dell Bluetooth card not working except enable/disable

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  After install this bluetooth card, it can be enabled and disabled, but
  blue manager always claims "Bluetooth is disabled"

  usb-devices omits this card, even though it appears in lsusb.
  Bus 003 Device 003: ID 413c:8141 Dell Computer Corp.       

  This has been a problem since before 14.04, and 16.04 has not yet
  solved it.
